Nose

The rye is truthfully the star of the show in this batch. The nose is filled with notes of baked cinnamon apples, dried medjool dates, sweet pipe tobacco, and brown sugar cinnamon.

Flavor Notes

Thick and oily on the palate, this bourbon tastes of sorghum molasses, sweet pound cake, raisins, and dark chocolate before finishing with a gentle earthiness. The finish is lingering, with sweet, almost effervescent, tannins that make your whole mouth salivate.
